The deep-fat fryer EDËNBËRG EB-1510 is a real old-time favorite deep-fat fryer with a classic look, equipped with a metal drip basket. Due to its size with 18cm diameter and 16cm height, it has a capacity for 3.8L frying oil. Great for fries for the whole family or bitterballen for the men during the game. The pan is suitable for all heat sources, including induction, and can be used in any household.
The bottom is covered with no less than 3 layers of marble with a beautiful black inside that does not discolour. Thanks to the thick bottom, the pans are very durable and the food is evenly heated.
The 3-layer marble base is the best non-stick coating you could wish for. The material is up to 7 times stronger than a traditional non-stick coating and food cannot stick.
